On this page are listed the three credit card processing programs that most Merchants prefer.

 The "TouchTone" program allows you to submit sales from any touch tone, cell, or pay phone without the purchase of Credit Card Equipment. This program is ideal for Merchants who use a fulfillment house to ship products to the customer.  Unlike the other credit card processing programs, the discount rate does not increase due to” Delayed Presentation”. This means that you can receive a Pre-Authorization and several days later turn that into a Sale without being charged the normal Non Qualified Surcharges for holding the Authorization open for longer than 72 hours.

 The Authorize Net" Payment Gateway" works from any internet capable PC and/or can be attached to your web page's shopping cart where your customers would submit their payment information.  Many EcoQuest Dealers initially choose the TouchTone Program and then when they have established their own way of doing business, they may decide to switch to the AuthorizeNet Payment Gateway.  The AuthorizeNet method is most cost effective if you will be completing the sale the same day as you have authorized it. We also offer PC Software that resides on your on PC.

 We also offer other specialized programs for Retail Store settings, as well as programs for dealers that are mostly “Face-to-Face” with their customers and can consistently swipe the cards through a Credit Card Processing Terminal.  We also offer for purchase or lease “Wireless” credit card processing terminals which do not require a power supply or phone line.

 You may complete our Preliminary Application or we can take your application info over the phone.  Our staff will complete the Merchant Agreements for you and then fax them to you for your signatures. You are then instructed to fax back the Merchant Agreement along with a voided check from the account that matches the DBA name on the Merchant Agreement.  In two to three business days, your Merchant Account is approved and you are ready to begin accepting credit card payments. The credit card funds are directly deposited into your checking account in two business days for MasterCard and Visa cards and in three business days for American Express and Discover cards.
